GOT TO START SOMEWHERE….

Start weight: 89kgs
Current weight: 87kgs
Goal weight: 66kgs
(Week three started on Monday)

Over the past year i went from my skinniest to my biggest. But i am beyond ready to shred it again.
But this time - no quick fixes - no fad diets - no no eating… Im doing it the right way.

1. Calorie counting - filling my body with clean foods only. No junk or soda or shit. (Expect on my cheat meal, om nom nom big girls gotta eat)
2. Cardio & Heavy consistent weight lifting.

My amazing partner has set me up with some supplements to help with my craving, energy levels, fatigue and so on.

Using these blogs as motivation, to keep going when the going gets tough.
